Grill’d Waterford
Meet Brodie! He’s the Assistant Restaurant Manager at Grill’d Waterford and has been since they opened back in February.
Brodie has worked in the Grill’d family for just over a year and the favourite part about his job is the fun social aspect. He loves welcoming new customers, chatting to return ones and getting to work alongside his awesome team.
His favourite menu item is the ‘Zorba the Sheep’ burger – it’s a lamb patty with goats cheese, relish, lettuce, tomato, onion, roasted peppers with mint and topped with egg mayo.
Make sure you try it out soon. It has Brodie’s stamp of approval and we are sure it will have yours too!
Grill’d is located on the new developed High Street at Village Green.
