Terms and Conditions – Curtin University Student Parking Promotion

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions apply to the Curtin University Student Parking Promotion ("Promotion") conducted by Village Green ("the Centre"), located at 230 Manning Road, Karawara, Western Australia. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Period The Promotion commences on 19 February 2025 and concludes on 30 June 2025 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility 3.1 Participation is open to current Curtin University students with a valid student ID and registered Curtin student email. 3.2 Participants must spend $20 or more in a single transaction at any specialty store within the Centre, excluding Coles and Waterford IGA. 3.3 Receipts must be dated within the Promotion Period. 3.4 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person per calendar month.
4. How to Enter 4.1 Spend $20 or more in a single transaction at any participating specialty store (excluding Coles and Waterford IGA). 4.2 Visit www.villagegreenperth.com.au/offer/studentofferscurtinuniversity and complete the online entry form. 4.3 Upload a clear, legible image of the eligible receipt along with your Curtin University student ID number or email address.
5. Prize 5.1 Each eligible entry will receive one (1) month of free full-day parking on the Village Green upper deck rooftop carpark. 5.2 The free parking period will commence on the 1st day following the submission of the eligible receipt. 5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Verification and Disqualification 6.1 The Centre reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 6.2 Fraudulent, illegible, or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. 6.3 The Centre may request to see the original receipt for verification purposes.
7. Parking Terms 7.1 The parking permit applies exclusively to the Village Green upper deck rooftop carpark. 7.2 Participants must adhere to all parking terms and conditions as displayed in the carpark. 7.3 The Centre is not responsible for any fines, damages, or losses incurred while using the parking facilities.

8. Privacy 8.1 Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and in accordance with the Centre’s privacy policy. 8.2 Information may be disclosed to third parties involved in administering the Promotion, including the carpark management company.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Centre is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the Promotion.
10. General 10.1 The Centre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. 10.2 In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Centre will be final and binding.
